Membership Policy

Effective for all members joining from October 2025

Acceptance of Terms

  • By purchasing, renewing, or participating under any PickleZone Membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions below.

  • Your membership payment constitutes full acceptance of this agreement.

Membership Conditions

  • Memberships are personal and non-transferable.

  • Membership fees are non-refundable once payment has been made, regardless of usage frequency or personal circumstances.

  • PickleZone reserves the right to modify class schedules, session times, or coaches without prior notice.

  • Memberships do not guarantee a spot in any specific session — registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Members must follow all posted safety, conduct, and facility rules at all times.

Code of Conduct

​All members and guests must:

  • Treat others with respect and maintain sportsmanship.

  • Follow directions given by PickleZone staff, coaches, or hosts.

  • Keep the courts clean and free from food or drink spillage.

  • Wear non-marking shoes and use proper pickleball equipment.

  • Refrain from aggressive, unsafe, or disruptive behavior.

  • Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of membership without refund.

Risk Acknowledgment & Liability Waiver​

  • You acknowledge that: Participation in pickleball and related activities carries inherent risks of injury. You are voluntarily engaging in these activities at your own risk and responsibility. You agree to waive, release, and discharge the following parties from any liability for injury, loss, damage, or claims arising from your participation or presence at the facility: PickleZone and its owners, employees, and volunteers Intercontinental Holdings Australia Pty Ltd – as the venue provider only, not involved in any commercial operations, coaching, or financial transactions ​

  • You agree that: “Intercontinental Holdings Australia Pty Ltd is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising out of any activities conducted by PickleZone, its members, or third-party organisers at the venue.”

No Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • All membership fees and payments are final.

The Credit And Booking Policy

Reservation & Payment

  • All bookings must be paid upfront at the time of reservation.

  • A reservation is not confirmed until payment has been successfully completed.

  • Picklezone events and sessions are operated by Picklezone Club.

  • The facility provider, Intercontinental Holdings Australia Pty Ltd, does not charge participants and is not involved in any commercial coaching or event transactions.

Cancellation Policy

  • Players may cancel more than 7 Days before the session start time to avoid penalties.

  • Cancellations made before the penalty window of 48 hours will receive a refund in club credits (no cash refunds).

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session time are non-refundable, and the player forfeits the full payment.

No-Show Policy

  • Players who fail to attend their session without cancelling (“no-show”) will forfeit 100% of the booking fee.

  • Repeated no-shows may result in suspension of booking privileges.

Late Arrivals

  • Sessions will begin at the scheduled time.

  • Late-arriving players may join the session upon arrival but no additional time or refunds will be provided.

Transfer of Bookings

  • Bookings are non-transferable unless approved in advance by Picklezone staff.

Safety & Liability

  • All players participate at their own risk.

  • Proper court shoes and safe conduct are required at all times.

  • Picklezone and Intercontinental Holdings Australia Pty Ltd assume no liability for injuries, accidents, or personal property loss.

  • Coaching sessions, drills, and training are run by independent hosts/coaches; all risks associated with coaching activities are the responsibility of the participant and the coach.

Facility Rules

  • Players must follow staff instructions and maintain respectful behavior.

  • Food is not permitted on the courts.

  • Players must stop play immediately if unsafe conditions arise.

Agreement

  • By booking any session, event, or court time at Picklezone, the player acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms above.
